Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a part-time warehouse associate to support storage, packing, and shipment processes. The role operates Monday through Friday from 10am to 2pm, with a pay rate of $20 per hour.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and up to two years of related experience. Responsibilities include monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and coordinating material movement using warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
