Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field is required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping).
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support for sensitive products.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation for traceability.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
