Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Laborer for the Seaford, DE team. The role offers an hourly rate of $15.53–$17.00 based on experience, with a schedule Monday–Friday and some Saturdays 1:00pm–6:00pm.

This position qualifies for a retention bonus up to $250 and part-time benefits that begin after 30 days of service, including elective dental and vision coverage and 401k opportunities. Drug-free workplace and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Must pass a job-related assessment with a score of 70% or better.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and product codes.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to move or distribute.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials to production workers.
• Convey materials from receiving to storage; maintain records.
• Update spreadsheets as necessary.
• Ensure items are weighed or counted to meet standards.
• Assemble and route orders to pallets or packing station.
