Pacific Office Automation Inc. is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate for our Agoura Hills, CA location. Ideal candidates can lift 50 lbs, multitask, and are familiar with the office machine industry and OMD software.

Key duties include shipping/receiving, forklift operation, coordinating with customers for installations, obtaining quotes and carrier schedules, and maintaining a clean warehouse. Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive product.
• Operate forklift to move stock.
• Coordinate with customers for equipment installations.
• Obtain carrier quotes.
• Coordinate trucking schedules for equipment delivery.
• Arrange install/deinstall rentals (forklifts/tow trucks).
• Schedule and maintain storage of equipment.
• Unload/load equipment in warehouse.
• Review and process equipment orders.
• Process and order part and ink inventory.
• Obtain RMAs and process with vendors.
• Monitor supply chain operations.
• Stand for long periods.
• Perform cycle counts and participate in inventories.
• Communicate via email, phone, or in person.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
