Job summary

Sway is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate in San Francisco, CA to support fast-paced daily fulfillment and outbound flow. This hands-on role emphasizes sorting, scanning, labeling, and efficient package handling, with opportunities to grow into lead roles as the team expands.

The position offers an evening schedule (3pm-6pm weekdays, with Saturday hours) and onsite work at South San Francisco. PTO is available for part-time employees; the team values reliability and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments.
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries.
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries.
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed.
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads.
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.
