Job summary

SWAY is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse Associate for the evening shift to support rapid, hands-on operations in our New York warehouse. You will handle sorting, scanning, labeling, and preparing inbound/outbound shipments, while maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with drivers for pickups and deliveries.

This role offers a part-time schedule with growth opportunities into lead or full-time roles as the team expands, plus PTO eligibility for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and shipments
• Sort, scan, and accurately label packages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure shipment tracking is up to date
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Verify shipping labels and delivery information for correctness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with drivers to support pickups and deliveries
• Track, review, and help resolve failed or exception deliveries
• Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance when needed
• Assist with consolidating shipments and preparing outbound loads
• Support basic administrative tasks related to daily operations
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency
