• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: No experience necessary, will train.
• Travel Demands: Some overtime and ability to work on some holidays.
• Confidentiality: Handles confidential information.
• Mental/Visual Demands: Requires normal mental and visual capabilities.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop; lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming donations and sort merchandise per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and surrounding areas including restrooms and storage areas.
• Move processed and unprocessed donations between warehouses and storage areas.
• Assist warehouse staff with loading and unloading of donated items; ensure items are undamaged.
• Operate heavy equipment; training and certification will be provided as needed.
• Work with Warehouse Assistant Manager on daily duties.
• Foster positive relationships with donors and educate them about programs.
