Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) and external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
2. Receiving and Documenting: Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
3. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload delivery vehicles.
4. Inventory Management: Keep an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
5. Safety Standards: Uphold environmental health and safety standards.
6. Product Scanning: Scan products to ensure they are shipped to the right destination.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers for the delivery of products.
8. Task Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (teambuilding) skills.
3. Customer Service: Proven commitment to customer service and a safe working environment.
4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. PC Skills: Proficient in PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience.
6. Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification preferred.

Requirements:

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.
3. Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, PC skills, inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience.
4. Certification: Current forklift certification is preferred.
