Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service to both internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) and external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).

Receiving and Documenting : Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.

Loading and Unloading : Load and unload delivery vehicles.

Inventory Management : Keep an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.

Safety Standards : Uphold environmental health and safety standards.

Product Scanning : Scan products to ensure they are shipped to the right destination.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal customers for the delivery of products.

Task Management : Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications :

Experience : Proven experience in warehouse operations.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (teambuilding) skills.

Customer Service : Proven commitment to customer service and a safe working environment.
