Job summary

Cencora is seeking a part-time warehouse associate in Lebanon, Indiana, to handle order fulfillment, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Shifts are Sundays and Mondays, Mondays and Tuesdays, or Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with potential overtime.

Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour, up to $21.00 with incentives. Responsibilities include cycle counting, verifying receipts, and maintaining a clean distribution area in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse experience preferred (1 year or less).
• Ability to read and understand English.

Job Details

• Part Time
• Sunday and Monday, Monday and Tuesday or Monday and Wednesday
• 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM or end of shift!
• Additional Days are optional
• Pay starting at $19.00 with potential for up to $21.00 based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

• Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)

Skills and Knowledge

• Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
• Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
• Able to work with RF scanning equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size.
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
