Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Holt, MI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our fast-paced operations from 1:30 AM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. You will load, unload, select, palletize, and perform related duties under site leadership.

The role requires the ability to lift 25–75 lbs, a high-energy work style, and a willingness to be trained. Capstone offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth within a high-performance culture.

• Prior warehouse experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods; pick, audit, repack and palletize inventory.
• Sort, handle freight, clean up and maintain housekeeping at the site.
• Assist leadership with duties as assigned across the warehouse operations.

PAY: $250-300/ Weekly

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
