Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC in Cleveland, OH is hiring Warehouse Associates to perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, and other warehouse duties. The schedule begins at 4:30 AM and runs until finish, with a weekly pay cycle. We seek a high-energy, physically fit candidate who can lift 25–75 lbs.

Prior warehouse experience is preferred but training is available. We offer weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, opportunities for career growth and travel across sites,

Qualifications

• Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a warehouse setting.
• Capable of teamwork and following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods efficiently and safely.
• Select, palletize, and organize items for distribution.
• Assist with auditing, repacking, and inventory housekeeping as needed.
• Operate and support general warehouse equipment according to site policies.

The Opportunity

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
