Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a skilled Part-Time Painter for the Pittsburgh area to support property maintenance, guest room improvements, and cosmetic repairs throughout the hotel. The role focuses on interior painting, drywall work, mudding, taping, sanding, wallpaper installation/removal, and general wall care to uphold guest room and public space quality.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and routine repairs in guest areas and back-of-house.
• Perform interior painting, drywall work, mudding and taping as needed.
• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces and meeting areas to required standards.
• Move furniture and fixtures and assist with cosmetic refurbishments as needed.
