Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol where required by local regulations.
• May require a valid TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification and compliance with state alcohol training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and highlight specials.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine and answer questions about menu items and allergens.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and confirm with guests.
• Ensure presentations are attractive and consistent; monitor guest needs and address concerns professionally.
