Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Mogadore, OH seeks a part-time Program Director to lead and grow the LifeWise program in the community. You will build partnerships with schools, churches and families, and communicate the vision and impact of the program.

You will lead fundraising, donor communication, and community outreach while recruiting and supporting a dedicated team, and managing scheduling, enrollment, and budgeting to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community engagement is helpful, but a heart for the mission is essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, parents, churches and community members.
• Coordinate local fundraising, donor communication and stewardship.
• Recruit, train and support team members; foster a Christ-centered culture.
