Job summary

City of Boulder seeks part-time officials to referee adult, youth, and co-ed leagues. You will ensure a safe environment, enforce policies, and communicate with staff and players. Responsibilities include incident logging, equipment checks, and calm decision-making during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent guest service to participants.
• English speaking/writing ability required; enforce rules clearly and safely.
• Ability to work under pressure and attend trainings.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Officiates league games for adult, youth, or co-ed leagues.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for participants.
• Interacts with officials, supervisors, and players; logs incidents.
