The City of O'Fallon is seeking an experienced Part-Time Volleyball Referee for our Recreational Volleyball League. This role officiates league matches for 1-6 hours per week, primarily Wednesday and Thursday evenings, ensuring games are fair, safe, and enjoyable.

Key duties include officiating per program rules, enforcing regulations, communicating with parents, coaches and players, and collaborating with the Recreation Department to keep the league running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous volleyball referee experience with knowledge of recreational rules.
• Ability to engage with parents, coaches and players professionally.
• Must hold a valid Missouri driver's license.
• Evenings availability required.
