Job summary

The New York Islanders in East Meadow, NY, seek a Part-Time Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life through engaging displays at the UBS Arena team store and the Pro Shop at Northwell Health Ice Center.

You will install and refresh merchandise, plan floor sets, coordinate promotions with the Marketing and Partnerships teams, and ensure displays meet brand standards for home games and events.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail or visual merchandising.
• Strong sense of style, color, and spatial design.
• Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Install and refresh merchandise displays, fixtures, and signage across UBS Arena team store and Pro Shop.
• Execute seasonal and promotional merchandising resets in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency of visual presentation and brand standards across both locations.
• Plan floor sets and in-store promotions around home games and events.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise to keep displays full and organized.
• Assist with receiving shipments and verify contents.
• Maintain a clean, safe sales floor and back-of-house presentation.
• Take photos of displays and maintain a visual library for reference.
