Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a part-time Visual Merchandiser to implement and maintain floor displays per Visual Merchandising Guidelines at the Design Center in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on growing retail accents sales such as plants, pictures, lamps, mirrors and rugs.

Responsibilities include training the design team, planning accessory calls, and maintaining inventory levels while following markdown strategies. Holiday and weekend hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in display merchandising in a high-end retail environment.
• Ability to train others to accessorize through knowledge of design, fashion, and product trends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Train design team on design and product knowledge to increase retail sales.
• Assist design team with planning and implementation of accessory home calls.
• Maintain rate of sale on accents to ensure proportionate product representation.
• Assist design team in presentation preparation to ensure accents play a key role.
• Work with management to strategize on increasing retail accent sales.
• Oversee and maintain the interior and exterior environment of the Design Center.
