Job summary

Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis, responsible for delivering instruction, using technology, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications

• Must meet education component of the discipline standard via one of three routes.
• Possess COR credentials or related credentials for the class taught.
• Possess a Workplace Specialist License from Indiana Dept. of Education and related credentials.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching and respect for diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Utilize technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Supplement and alter lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials; maintain accurate records.
• Engage with students regularly to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Develop and implement teaching strategies focused on student engagement.
• Interact professionally with students and co-workers and comply with policies.
