Job summary

Cambridge Public Schools Cambridge Rindge & Latin High School is seeking a part-time Club Advisor for the Visual Arts club in Cambridge, MA. The position runs from September 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with a flat stipend of $1,000 for the contract period, paid in two installments.

Responsibilities include meeting with members, advertising meeting times, recording attendance, managing funds, supporting Club Day activities and field trips, and completing all required club forms.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the subject area and experience with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with club members.
• Advertise club meeting times, dates, and locations.
• Record and keep a log of member attendance for every club meeting.
• Manage all club funds.
• Participate in the annual Club Day activities.
• Supervise club activities including all approved field trips and fundraising activities.
• Attend meetings of the Club Advisors.
• Complete all required Club forms.
