Job summary

The State of New Hampshire, Department of Business and Economic Affairs, Bureau of Visitor Services, is seeking a part-time Counter Clerk III in Hooksett. The position offers hourly pay between $15.93 and $20.80 and requires a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a visitor information counselor answering questions about NH tourism regions, attractions, history, government and highways.
• Provides exceptional customer service while promoting the State of New Hampshire’s businesses, attractions and resources to visitors.
• Ensures the visitor center is stocked with brochures and that information is displayed attractively with approved publications.
• Responds to inquiries in person, by email and by phone, and may make reservations for visitors.
