Job summary

Parsley Health is seeking experienced, board-certified MDs and DOs for a part-time, remote, 1099 contractor physician role. See patients via telemedicine for at least 8 hours per week, with scheduling confirmed 24 hours ahead.

You will work with a care team to deliver personalized care, complete online charts promptly, and follow practice policies. Licensure in multiple states is required, with a geo-neutral US compensation approach.

The opportunity:

We are seeking experienced, board-certified MDs and DOs who are passionate about transforming primary care, have completed or started training in functional or integrative medicine, and who are extremely tech-savvy.

As a part-time, 1099 contractor Physician, you will:

• Provide availability each week for virtual member visits and associated administrative time, committing to at least 8 hours/week.
• Schedules are confirmed 24 hours ahead of time.

This is a part-time, remote, contract role.

What you’ll do:

• See patients via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
• Provide excellent, personalized patient care according to the guidelines provided by the practice
• Work closely with a care team (including a Health Coach) to help patients optimize outcomes and achieve their health and wellness goals
• Assist in the resolution of patient inquiries and requests
• Complete online charts in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow organizational policies, procedures, and protocols

What you’ll need:

• Active MD or DO license
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, rheumatology, endocrinology or other primary care fields
• Active license(s) in at least one of the following:- AZ, TX, FL, HI, OR, NM, ME, CT, DE, CO
• 3+ years of experience providing primary care either via telemedicine or in-person
• 2+ years of clinical practice post-residency
• 2+ years of experience practicing functional medicine
• Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-tech, brand-forward work environment
• Passion for your personal health and wellness and that of others

Nice-to-haves:

• Active license(s) in CA, NY, MA, NJ, IL, PA, VA, NC, WA, RI, MO, SC, VT, DC
• Familiarity using a MacBook, Google suite, Slack and Zoom

Benefits and Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $225/hour for MDs and DOs. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
