Job summary

Grupo Eulen USA is seeking a Baggage Service Driver to safely transport baggage and support premium ground handling for VIP travelers at a Florida airport. The role involves operating company vehicles on the ramp, loading and unloading baggage, and maintaining professional customer service in a fast-paced aviation environment.

The position is part-time with English language requirement and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid Driver's License required.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.

Responsibilities

Safely transport baggage between designated airport ramp areas, aircraft, terminals, and service locations.
Load and unload passenger baggage, oversized items, and specialty luggage with proper handling.
Provide white-glove baggage support for VIP travelers with discretion and professionalism.
Operate baggage carts, tugs, and company vehicles in accordance with airport safety rules.
Perform pre-operation inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch, supervisors, and operations teams.
Ensure baggage is delivered within required service timelines.
Follow ramp safety procedures and PPE requirements; assist with baggage reconciliation as needed.
Keep baggage areas, equipment, and workspaces clean and organized.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with passengers and airline staff.
