Job summary

icreatives is seeking a part-time Video Production Assistant in the Pembroke Pines, FL area to support our marketing and multimedia team. This role blends pre-production, production, and post-production tasks to tell engaging healthcare stories.

You will plan shoots, operate cameras and gear, edit with Adobe tools, and manage digital assets while maintaining confidentiality and professional collaboration. Hybrid + on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• A degree in Video Production, Film, Multimedia, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on video production experience and asset management.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic production gear.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and scheduling shoots with staff, patients, and families.
• Prep, transport, set up, and tear down video, lighting, and audio gear.
• Operate cameras, lights, and sound gear under supervision.
• Edit content using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic color correction.
• Organize, tag, and archive raw media and final video assets.
• Support content creation for social media, web, and internal comms.
• Ensure releases and documentation are completed and compliant.
• Provide administrative and logistical support (budgets, scheduling, supplies).
• Maintain confidentiality in healthcare settings.
