Atlantis University is seeking a Part-Time Multimedia Specialist to support brand content through on-site video capture in Miami and remote production. This hybrid role blends video production, digital design, and website maintenance to keep content current across channels.

You’ll shoot interviews and product showcases, edit with Adobe Creative Cloud, publish updates in WordPress, and design thumbnails and banners. A portfolio and gear kit are highly valued.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on video production and digital design.
• Experience with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, lighting, and clean audio.
• Own production kit a major plus with gear allowance.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or Final Cut Pro/Canva.
• Familiarity with WordPress and visual page builders (Elementor, Divi).
• Portfolio or reel showing video work and live website links.

Responsabilidades

Atlantis University is hiring a Part-Time Multimedia Specialist to support a steady flow of brand content through on-site video capture in Miami and remote production work. This hybrid role blends video production, digital design, and hands-on website maintenance to keep content current across channels. The position is part-time, scheduled around in-office filming and remote editing, with a pay range of $25.00-$30.00 per hour for approximately 20-25 hours per week.

What you’ll do

• Plan, set up, and physically shoot multimedia content at the Miami location, including interviews, product or service showcases, and social clips.
• Own post-production deliverables: editing, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and subtitling.
• Manage website updates by publishing new content, updating plugins, swapping banners, and creating simple landing pages using visual page builders.
• Design performance-focused digital assets such as video thumbnails, social graphics, and website banners.

What you bring

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience across video production and digital design.
• Proven ability to operate mirrorless or DSLR cameras, set up basic lighting, and capture clear audio.
• Your own production kit is a major plus, with a gear allowance available.
• High proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools such as Final Cut Pro or Canva.
• Comfort working in WordPress and building pages with visual page builders like Elementor or Divi.
• Application includes a link to a portfolio or reel showing video work, design capabilities, and live website links.

Tools you’ll use

How the week is organized

• In-Office Production Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays for on-site filming, equipment setup, and creative collaboration.
• Remote Editing Days: flexible/remote hours to complete video editing, asset creation, and WordPress maintenance on a structured turnaround schedule.
