VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24/7/365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Portage, MI. We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team part‑time.

Our hospital supports wellness and flexible scheduling, encouraging a balance between career growth and personal well‑being. You will work alongside a team of professionals to monitor anesthesia, assist with patient assessments, and provide high-quality compassionate care

Responsibilities

• Anesthesia monitoring
• Collecting patient histories & physical exams
• Venipuncture / IVC placement
• Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
• Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
• Providing compassionate care for all patients
