Qualifications

• 3+ years of Surgical/Appointment Veterinary Assistant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, radiology, and dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients and clients at all times.
• Assist with surgical and appointment-related duties.
• Educate clients on vaccinations, medications, and treatment plans.
• Record patient information and maintain medical records.
• Assist with check-out, processing payments, and charge entry.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment areas.
• Prepare and monitor patients during surgical procedures and recovery.
• Perform basic lab tests and interpret results as directed.
• Operate diagnostic equipment and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
