Requirements
Core Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets
  • Guide families in end-of-life decisions
  • Build relationships with local veterinary clinics as an extension of their care
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
  • At least 1 year of practicing veterinarian experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance
  • Comfortable with walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, crawling, stooping, standing, and reaching
  • Capable of prolonged driving periods
  • Manual dexterity and steady hands for medical procedures
