Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a photo imaging associate to capture and process vehicle images for electronic condition reports. The role requires attention to photo quality, adherence to SOPs, and knowledge of the DQI system.

You will work under standard hours with some outdoor exposure and potential incentive opportunities. The position emphasizes safety and accuracy in imaging, re-imaging when needed, and collaboration with management on additional tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.
• Preferred: 1 year of photography experience; basic computer skills; photography certification/education a plus.

• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is so equipped.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and depth perception.

Preferred

• 1 year of experience in photography preferred experience in digital and computer processing a plus.
• Basic computer software skills are preferred.
• Certification or education in photography a plus.

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday and Friday
• 7:30am - 4:30pm

Work Environment

• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

USD 15.10 - 22.69 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $15.10 - $22.69/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
