Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Vehicle Patrol Driver in Saint Louis, MO. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service at a commercial real estate location.

The role requires at least 1 year in security, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate professionally with tenants and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply at state/local level.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorization and report concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation; communicate observations to leadership.
