Qualifications

Customer service oriented role requirements.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Background check and drug screen in compliance with laws.
Age requirements: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and notifying appropriate personnel.
Report observed hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and unusual activity to Allied Universal leadership and site management.
