Job summary

Johnson Hyundai of Apex is seeking a dependable Part-Time Dealership Driver to support our Sales and Service teams. You will transport vehicles safely and interact with customers and dealership partners, and help maintain the clean, professional appearance of the showroom and yard.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys driving and working in a fast-paced environment. Work hours are part-time and scheduled based on dealership needs and candidate availability.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and driving record acceptable under company standards.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of customer and dealership vehicles.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Ability to safely lift at least 25 pounds.
• A professional appearance consistent with Johnson Automotive standards.
• Flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver vehicles to customers, wholesale accounts, other dealerships, and designated locations.
• Safely transport and handle customer and dealership vehicles.
• Maintain an accurate log of trips, including destinations and passengers.
• Obtain required manager authorization and signatures for vehicle trips.
• Help maintain the clean and professional appearance of the Sales and Service departments.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers, dealership employees, and business partners.
• Assist dealership departments with vehicle movement and other operational needs as requested.
• Follow all company safety and vehicle-operation procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support dealership operations.
