Responsibilities

• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, auction sites, vendors, and customers.
• Complete long-distance driving assignments as needed.

• Safely deliver and retrieve customer or dealership vehicles.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and follow dealership procedures.
• Communicate effectively with managers and sales staff.
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies.
• Assist with general dealership support tasks when driving duties are light.

Job description

We are currently seeking a part‑time Dealership Driver to support our Sales operations. This role is ideal for a reliable, professional driver who is comfortable handling a variety of driving assignments, including dealership transfers, customer‑related trips, long‑distance travel, and local errands.

This position plays an important role in keeping dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring timely and safe transportation of vehicles, parts, documents, and occasional customer‑related needs.

No commercial driving experience is required, but candidates must have a clean driving record and a strong sense of responsibility. Prior experience in delivery driving, chauffeur services, logistics, or dealership work is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport vehicles between dealership locations, auction sites, vendors, and customers (DX trips)
• Complete long‑distance driving assignments as needed
• Perform small errand runs, including bank deposits, document deliveries, and parts pickups
• Safely deliver and retrieve customer or dealership vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and returned in the same condition
• Maintain accurate trip logs and follow dealership procedures
• Communicate effectively with managers and sales staff
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies at all times
• Assist with general dealership support tasks when driving duties are light

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable with local and long‑distance driving (long distance can range from 30 min to 8+ hours)
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Strong attention to detail and vehicle care
• Ability to follow directions and manage scheduled trips independently
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to lift light items (documents, small parts, etc.)
• Previous driving, delivery, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule when needed
