Job summary

Lawton Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Soccer Coach at MacArthur Senior High School. This part-time, temporary role focuses on coaching the varsity boys' soccer team and coordinating the JV program, while managing equipment and compliance with sport regulations.

The position requires a high school transcript or equivalent; Oklahoma teaching certificate is preferred and teaching field is open. Candidates will also handle eligibility and transportation reports as well as equipment

High School transcript or equivalent.
Current Oklahoma teaching certificate preferred; teaching field open.

Responsibilities

Coach the varsity boys' team and coordinate the junior varsity program with the school, athletes, parents and community.
Be responsible for checking equipment in and out, keeping a correct inventory and cleaning and storing of equipment.
Be knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern the sport, and attend rule meetings.
Responsible for local and state reports to include: a) Eligibility reports, b) Transportation requests, c) Official reports and financial reports, d) Semester reports and end of year reports.
Complete requisitions for supplies and services.
Supervise the physical examinations for each athlete.
Supervise and evaluate Physical Therapy Assistant(s).
Supervise the physical examinations for each athlete.
