Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pass fingerprint background checks (including CORI/DPPC).

Responsibilities

• Drives Lifeworks van to transport individuals; ensures safety and cleanliness.
• Supervises safety of all passengers and secures wheelchairs.
• Reports concerns to supervisor promptly.
• Ensures passengers use seat belts during transport.
• Completes required paperwork weekly and monthly maintenance/attendance reports.
• Assists passengers in and out of the vehicle; communicates with team and families.
• Attends transportation meetings and trainings.
