Gordon Food Service Store LLC is hiring a Part-Time Van Delivery Driver in Comstock Park, MI. The role focuses on accurate, on-time deliveries to wholesale customers and friendly customer service. You will operate a van safely, perform pre/post trip checks, and assist with in-store tasks as needed.

Must be 18+, hold an unrestricted license, and pass pre-employment screenings including drug and background checks. Benefits are available; great advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous delivery driving experience and one year in customer service or related field preferred.
• Unrestricted Standard Operators License required.
• Must have a clean driving record (no drug or alcohol offenses in the last 5 years).
• You must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Pass pre-employment checks: drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Must be able to use a two-wheel cart with a load weighing up to 350 pounds.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, on-time deliveries to wholesale customers.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections of vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with in-store operations and merchandise upon route completion.
