Job summary

Scopely is seeking a part-time Copywriter to join the Monopoly GO! team—either at our Barcelona studio on a hybrid schedule (3 days a week) or remotely within the UK. This FTC (6 month) role centers on UX-driven, short-form copy for CRM, with close collaboration across CRM, Creative, Product, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Native English proficiency with professional experience writing in English.
• Strong familiarity with UX writing principles; UX Writer experience is a plus.
• Proven experience with short-form digital content and microcopy (app or web).
• Comfortable with tight character limits and design constraints.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and open to iteration.
• Able to manage feedback and deliver high-quality copy in a part-time setup.
• Experience working with CRM or product teams.
• Familiarity with A/B testing or data-informed copy optimization.
• Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer tech.

Responsibilities

• Write and iterate on short-form copy for CRM channels, including push notifications, email, and in-game messages.
• Create UX-focused microcopy for app and desktop experiences.
• Apply UX writing principles to improve clarity, usability, accessibility, and user understanding.
• Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Product and Marketing partners to align copy with user journeys and intent.
• Ensure consistent tone and quality across surfaces while adapting to different contexts.
• Iterate on copy based on feedback, testing, and performance insights.
