A leading preschool in Broomfield, Colorado, is seeking dedicated part-time lead UPK preschool teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidates will create a nurturing environment that supports children's development across various domains. Responsibilities include supervising children, implementing lesson plans, and collaborating with colleagues. Minimum qualifications include an Early Childhood Professional Credential and passing background checks. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

We are dedicated to providing a Christian-based school that fosters children’s learning and development cognitively, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in a developmentally appropriate environment.
We are looking for qualified, experienced, professional part-time lead UPK preschool teachers to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. Teacher workdays begin in August, with Home Visits scheduled in the beginning of August. Our school closely follows the Adams 12 School District calendar.
4 year old UPK teacher- 23 hours/week from Monday-Thursday, approximately 8:30am-2:30pm including additional paid hours for teacher set-up days, home visits, extra duty pay and planning time. Fridays off!
Lead Preschool Teacher Responsibilities:
Lead Preschool teachers should demonstrate a sincere interest in young children and concern for their well-being, have knowledge of how young children learn, demonstrate a warm and nurturing personality, and be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others. They are responsible for supervising a single group of children according to our low ratio of 1:9, guiding their development in a positive, nurturing environment. It is imperative that our teachers work in cooperation with one another, supporting children’s emotional, physical, cognitive, and social needs, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and families. Teachers will implement developmentally-appropriate lesson plans utilizing Creative Curriculum and the Early Learning and Development Guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:Must have an Early Childhood Professional Credential 3.0 level 2 or higher in the Professional Development Information System
Must pass the CBI, FBI, and Trails background checks
Must meet health qualifications as required by the state
