First National Bank Alaska, Palmer Branch, is hiring Universal Teller I to join our team as a part-time customer service professional. You will handle transactions promptly, maintain balanced cash drawer, and promote bank products that meet customers' needs. This role requires attention to policy, accuracy, and compliance.

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday between the hours 9:15am-6:15pm. Salary: $19.70/hour minimum, commensurate with experience. We value integrity and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 6 months Teller experience; or 1 year customer service and 6 months cash handling experience.
• Preferred: FNBA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provides consistent and exceptional service to customers, processing transactions accurately.
• Promotes bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintains and balances cash drawer following procedures.
• Balances Cash Recyclers and ATM as required.
• Adheres to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
