Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of customer service/cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Must have a smartphone able to support security features per IT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions and deposits, loan payments and endorsements.
• Balance cash drawer daily and investigate discrepancies.
• Follow BSA/AML/OFAC policies and report suspicious activity.
• Maintain confidentiality of bank information and assist customers with routine inquiries.
• Engage customers to understand needs and refer suitable bank products.
• Participate in end-of-day banking center operations and reports.
