Position Details:

As a Part-Time Member Experience Associate, you will work 25-29 hours per week. We offer a $1 per hour premium over the posted hourly rate for part-time associates.

Our financial center lobby hours are:

• Monday-Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Servicing members' basic transactional needs
• Maintaining certification as a Financial Wellness counselor to assist members with long-term financial goals
• Using our Member Engagement Model to identify member needs and develop credit solutions
• Following up on loan applications and closing loans
• Staying current on FCFCU products and services
• Demonstrating banking channels via smartphones and tablets, including mobile and online banking
• Understanding lending fundamentals, loan documentation, and compliance (obtain NMLS license)
• Referring members to Mortgage and Investment specialists
• Troubleshooting and resolving member objections
