Job Description

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. Deliver high-quality service, understanding clients' financial needs. Support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and handling transactions, including complex ones with assistance.
2. Educate clients on digital banking solutions such as ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
3. Support sales efforts through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
4. Understand and support the IRM process to deliver tailored solutions.
5. Participate in leadership routines and team meetings.
6. Advance knowledge through training and meetings to better serve clients.
7. Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
8. Assist with new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of teller or cash handling/client service experience
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with PC and branch automation software
• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to travel and work weekends or extended hours as needed

Preferred:

• One year of client relationship or sales experience
• Knowledge of advanced branch transactions and risk management
• Experience in sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Understanding of bank operations and policies

Position Details

Part Time Universal Banker

The hourly salary ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
