A leading financial institution is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to clients. This role involves handling transactions, educating clients on digital banking solutions, and participating in sales support activities. Ideal candidates will have experience in client service and sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to engage with clients to uncover their financial needs. Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
Qualifications
Required: High school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, 6 months of sales or relationship-building experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in PC and MS Office, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to travel, work weekends, and extended hours.
Preferred: 1 year of relationship-building or sales experience, knowledge of complex transactions, sourcing and prospecting skills, and understanding of bank operations.
