Please review the following job description:

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

  1. Client Experience: Ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs. Handle complex transactions with assistance as needed.
  2. Digital Education: Educate clients on digital solutions like ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking to enhance their experience.
  3. Sales Support: Participate in client outreach through outbound calls, identify client needs, and refer clients to appropriate team members or specialists.
  4. IRM Understanding: Understand and support the principles of IRM to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  5. Team Participation: Engage fully in all leadership routines and meetings.
  6. Knowledge Development: Attend training and meetings to improve product and service knowledge.
  7. Compliance: Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  8. Client Interaction: Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, offering products and services accordingly.

Qualifications

Required: High school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, 6 months of sales or relationship-building experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in PC and MS Office, ability to multi-task, and flexibility to travel, work weekends, and extended hours.

Preferred: 1 year of relationship-building or sales experience, knowledge of complex transactions, sourcing and prospecting skills, and understanding of bank operations.
