A leading financial institution is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while delivering superior quality service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in client service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves engaging clients, educating them on digital solutions, and supporting sales activities.
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
