The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers in coordination with the Branch team. The role involves executing service transactions (deposits, payments, address changes, replacement card orders, disputes, etc.) and sales routines (opening accounts, credit cards, etc.) to deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit strong sales and service skills, presenting products and educating clients on access channels (ATM, Online, Mobile, etc.)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and remain flexible based on branch needs.
  • Continuously learn about products and demonstrate a customer-first attitude.
  • Provide exceptional service, resolving account issues and responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Maintain knowledge of clients’ accounts and exercise sound judgment.
  • Greet and interact proactively with clients, converting service requests into sales or referrals.
  • Engage clients in the lobby, demonstrating digital capabilities and identifying financial needs. Standing 60-70% of the day may be required.
  • Use marketing tools and digital technology to present financial solutions.
  • Connect clients to appropriate partners when needed.
  • Own and resolve client problems promptly for satisfaction.
  • Recognize transaction needs and guide clients to self-service channels, educating them on digital tools.
  • Ensure all follow-up items are completed, working harmoniously with team members.
  • Create a welcoming environment, fostering teamwork to enhance customer experience.
  • Execute all service transactions and sales routines adhering to policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Required Skills: face-to-face customer service, digital engagement, basic sales/referrals, communication, problem-solving, computer skills.
  • Preferred Skills: Retail experience.
Education:
