Job description

Please review the following job description:

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

  1. Client Experience: Ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courtesy, conducting transactions, and uncovering needs. Handle complex transactions with assistance as needed.
  2. Digital Education: Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  3. Sales Support: Support team sales through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs for referrals.
  4. IRM Understanding: Comprehend the importance of IRM to deliver tailored solutions.
  5. Leadership Routines: Participate in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
  6. Knowledge Development: Attend training and meetings to enhance product and service knowledge.
  7. Compliance: Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  8. Customer Service: Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering appropriate products and services.

Qualifications: High school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, 6 months relationship building or sales experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel and work extended hours.

Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of relationship building or sales, knowledge of complex transactions, sourcing and prospecting skills, and understanding of bank operations.
