Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in alterations or equivalent training required.
- Proficient with commercial and industrial sewing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Read and accurately identify customer needs according to the Work Instruction Document.
- Take measurements and mark garments for alterations, addressing sizing issues.
- Perform uniform sewing, alterations, and embellishments with accuracy: patching, name strips, striping; adjust lengths and waists; hem trousers; replace zippers.
- Operate industrial sewing machinery safely and properly.
- Ensure high-quality work and meet daily production goals.
- Perform other duties to support business needs.
