Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) for a healthcare site in Richardson, TX. You will provide a visible security presence, monitor access points, and respond to incidents following established protocols.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background investigations and drug screening may be required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly per established protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and direct individuals as needed.
• Document incidents and patrol activity promptly and communicate with site leadership or responders.
