Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Part-Time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Frisco, TX. You will monitor client sites, respond to alarms, and maintain a visible, friendly presence to deter incidents.

The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to learn new roles via our Claim a Shift platform. A HS diploma and background check are required; prior license or alarm/access control experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Computer or tablet use preferred.
• State/city security license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
